Christina and Paul are both ordained pastors and have been working in ministry since 2000.  Before Christina and Paul were married, Paul helped his dad, Pastor Billy Karanick, lead the Stanton Lighthouse Community Church of the Nazarene in Stanton, CA.  Four years after Christina and Paul were married, they rented out the Rose Bowl Stadium in 2007 for and evangelistic outreach event.  You can read about the journey in Paul’s book, Faith of a Mustard Seed.  After Pastor Billy had a stroke, Paul took on the role of  Co-Pastor with his dad so that Billy could continue to preach (Billy had always said that he wanted to preach until he passed away).
Christina and Paul have 3 children of their own, but over the years, have had an additional 12 foster children.

About the Name and Location

In December 2021, the church had purchased an old Goodwill Building inside a strip mall in Westminster and relocated the church from Stanton to Westminster.  In the midst of the move, the church was renamed to 14:Six Church.  The name represents our church beliefs.  We believe and teach that Jesus Christ is the only way for salvation (eternal life with God), as Jesus Himself said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” (John 14:6 NASB)

What We Believe

We believe in Jesus Christ.
We believe that as He says himself, ” I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6).
We believe that Jesus is God and is the Son in the Godhead of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe that each person must repent and believe in Jesus Christ to be saved. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” ( John 3:16)
